About this Club Trap Type Beat
In the 1990s, the word 'club' was just a slang word meaning 'to get excited' or 'to get a kick out of'. It was used from time to time on some albums like Outkast's Player's Ball or Tommy Wright III's Getting Crunk. In 1997 Lil Jon & The Eastside Boyz put the word into orbit with their first album: Get Crunk Who You Wit - The Album. From then on it was called crunk to club beats with screams and improvisations like Lil' Jon's: "represent your shit, motherf**ker" and "bounce your ass to the beat while you touch your feet".
