R&B Beats
Listen to all our R&B beats catalog just by clicking below. Here you’ll find RnB beats and instrumentals that could’ve been used by Drake, Beyoncé, Tory Lanez, Yo Trane, PARTYNEXTDOOR and a whole lot of artists that make that kind of music. We take care of any detail of our R&B instrumentals and we’re sure that they come up with that major sound everyone is looking for.
Most RnB beats are decided by one thing: where the lead sits. The rnb instrumental beats on this shelf keep the low end under the voice, the rnb instrumental music leaves the middle register open, and the trap soul type beat cuts park their chords behind the melody. That is what makes an rnb type beat worth writing on: space for a run at the end of a phrase and enough air that a breath left in the take sounds deliberate. None of them fight a voice for the same frequencies.
RnB type beats for Giveon, Tems and 6LACK singers
Which voice fits depends on how thick the production gets. Giveon type beats and Tems type beats arrive on the barest arrangements, where the singer carries the melody almost alone and any doubling has to be dead in tune. 6LACK type beats and Lucky Daye type beats prefer the fuller records, with a bass line answering every line, while Daniel Caesar type beats and Jhene Aiko type beats reward a falsetto that stays quiet. If you plan to stack the lead three times, the rnb trap type beat versions already have the ad libs in the pattern.
